Trauma Regional Advisory Council

TRAC-V is the designated Regional Advisory Council (RAC) by the Texas Department of State Health Services responsible for trauma system oversight within the four-county TSA-V region that encompasses Cameron, Hidalgo, Star, and Willacy Counties. As one of twenty-two RAC's across the state, TRAC-V develops, implements, and monitors an emergency healthcare system plan for the entire region and collaborates with local stakeholders from all healthcare entities.
